Customer Laboratory Facility

The new Retsch Technology Customer Laboratory Facility is now open. The facility is open to all customers to run samples and find the right particle sizing solutions for their requirements.
Service, maintenance and repairs
- Trouble shooting over the phone
- Processing of product servicing and/or repair
- Recalibration of sieves and sieve shakers
Please contact Retsch UK before sending any Retsch Technology product for inspection and servicing.
For every received item:
- A completed returned goods document is to be completed and securely packed (for complaints please use the original packaging).
- It is essential that the instruments are provided with their transport safety devices (see operating instructions).
